Neighbourhood Watch Message - 4th September

THIS IS A NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH MESSAGE FROM CHRISSIE PARKES.

THERE HAS BEEN AN INCIDENT AT A FARM IN THE BLAISDON AREA ON THE 30TH AUGUST. UNKNOWN OFFENDERS HAVE ENTERED AN OPEN BARN AND STOLEN A WESSEX LINK BOX THAT ATTACHES TO A TRACTOR.

ALSO BETWEEN 22.00HRS ON THE 1ST SEPTEMBER AND 08.00 HOURS ON THE 2ND COPPER PIPING WAS STOLEN FROM THE FRONT OF A PROPERTY IN THE BULLY LANE AREA OF CHURCHAM. THE OWNER HAD BEEN APPROACHED ON THE 1ST OF SEPTEMBER BY TWO EASTERN EUROPEAN MALES ABOUT THE SCRAP AND HAD DECLINED THEIR OFFER TO TAKE IT AWAY.

A VAN WAS ALSO BROKEN INTO IN THE GLOUCESTER ROAD AREA OF UPLEADON ON THE 2ND. THE VAN WAS PARKED ON THE DRIVE AND A DEWALT CHOPSAW, BOSH JIGSAW, A DRILL, A MAKITA ROUTER, MAKITA SKILL SAW AND A DEWALT CORDLESS DRILL WITH A TOTAL VALUE OF £1630.00 WERE STOLEN.
