7. To consider future co-operation of Councillor after resignation of Neil Price

8. To receive update on community action re the closure of Gorsley Post Office including a request for funds and support for planning application.

a) To agree payments as per Cheque Approval Sheet 
b) To receive Lead Member for Finance Report
c) To receive a report of Clerk’s Appraisal and confirm Clerk’s Salary for 2018/2019
d) To consider appointment of Internal Auditor
e) To consider and approve Budget for 2018/2019
f) To consider and approve Precept for 2018/2019

a) To receive a response from Rhodri Grey re diversion during resurfacing work
b) To receive a response from Rhodri Grey re Highway Mattersincluding drainage work, Brockmore Lane, Stony Lane and Ford in Oxenhall Laneand consider action
c) To note the details of Speedwatch Training and consider how to encourage more participants

11. Planning Matters:
a) Planning Application: Sunnyside Blue Lane Kilcot – Erection of garden room and double garage
b) To consider progress of enforcement action required in parish including response to letter sent to Forest of Dean District Council 
c) To receive planning decisions

12. To consider purchase of new Noticeboard

13. To receive update on Registration of Common Land and action needed.

14. To receive a report onDefibrillator and action needed

15. To receive a report from Forest of Dean District Council Parish and Town Council Liaison Meeting on 26 October 2017

ALL MEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND PRESS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ITEMS CONSIDERED UNDER STANDING ORDER 1C

All meetings can be moved downstairs if stairs are an obstacle to attendance at a meeting or a Loop System is required. A wheelchair ramp can be provided to access the church.
