Councillors are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of GORSLEY & KILCOT PARISH COUNCIL to be held on Monday 2nd March 2026 at 7.30pm in the Upper Room, Christ Church, Gorsley for the purpose of transacting the business set out below.

Members of the Public are invited to address the Council at 7:30pm on matters on the agenda. (Public to speak for a maximum of 3 minutes each with the Public Session being no longer than 30 minutes).

     To receive and accept any apologies given

83             Declarations of Interest

To receive and declarations of interest and requests for dispensation regarding items on the agenda.

84             Minutes of previous meetings

To approve and sign the minutes of the meetings held on Monday 5th January 2026.

To receive reports from district and county councillors (if available)

86             Financial Matters

86.1         To approve payments already made by standing order or bacs (Monthly Explanations sheet attached)

To review and adopt the following policies: Data Protection Policy, Document Retention and Record Management Policy, FOI Publication Scheme, IT Policy, Risk Management Policy and Privacy Policies for Staff and General.

To review the progress of the new website and confirm use of new email accounts.

89             Data Protection Training

To discuss available options for training and agree any further action.

90             Local Plan Call for Sites (SHELAA)

To review information and agree any response.

91             Revised Local Plan Consultation

To discuss information provided and agree any response to be submitted.

92             Highways / PROW Matters

93             Planning Decisions

To note planning decisions.

94             Planning Applications

To review planning applications and agree upon any comments to be made.

95             Planning Enforcement

To discuss planning enforcement matters in the parish.

96             Clerks Report

To provide updates about ongoing actions to the Council.

97             Meeting Dates

To confirm date and time of next meeting as Monday 4th May 2026 at 7.30pm.

To agree date and time of Annual Parish Meeting.

98             Clerk Review

PLANNING APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING BY THE PUBLIC BY APPOINTMENT WITH THE CLERK (Miss Charlee Roberts clerk@gorsleykilcot-pc.gov.uk).

ALL MEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND PRESS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ITEMS CONSIDERED UNDER STANDING ORDER 1C

All meetings held at Christ Church Gorsley can be moved downstairs if stairs are an obstacle to attendance at a meeting or a Loop System is required. A wheelchair ramp can be provided to access the church.
