Minutes of previous meetings
Council approved the minutes of the
meeting held on 3rd November 2025, minutes signed by chair.

Reports
County Councillor Gill Moseley provided a
report covering the budget, local government reform, naming of grit vehicles,
flooding issues and potholes.
In absence of our district councillor GM
reported briefly on the Local Plan and a new compliance officer for the
planning enforcement department.

reviewed draft budget and agreed a 2% increase to the precept.

Highways / PROW Matters
Council noted that the grit bins are still
in need of filling. NW & Clerk to arrange.
Reported that 2 road signs have been
knocked down. NW will check signs and report to Highways.

Planning Decisions
Council noted application P1267/25/FUL – Yew
Tree Cottage, Aston Ingham Road – Removal of part of a double garage retaining
3 walls (retrospective), has been granted permission.

Planning Applications
No new applications to review.

Planning Enforcement
Council is still awaiting updates from the
enforcement department.

Clerks Report
Website domain purchase is in progress.
Clerk is investigating requirements for
the new assertion 10 of the AGAR and any required actions will be bought to
Council as soon as possible.

Meeting Dates
Council noted date and time of next
meeting as Monday 2nd March 2026.
GRCC representative addressed the Council
about a Rural Housing Needs Survey, explaining the survey and steps that will
be taken and requested co-operation from the Council. Council agreed.
